I purchased this shredder at my local Best Buy and returned it while it was still under manufacturers warranty because it stopped working. The shredder engine is weak and the claim that it shreds up to 8 sheets is far fetched. It jams with 3 sheets at times. Best buy let me exchange this shredder for the same one and I did so thinking that maybe I had purchased the bad one of the bunch. I was wrong the second one was just as bad and had the same problems as the first. Stay away from this shredder.

I am on my second shredder in a year. After several months of use, paper gets stuck in the blades and it no longer shreds. I use this for home only so there isn't an over abundant of shredding.

This is a good quality shredder, shreds into nice diamond cuts that are very hard to put back together if not impossible.
only con I have is that the auto sensor is a little hard to trigger with one flimsy piece of paper. I usually fold the paper
to make it more rigid and trigger the sensor if it doesn't trigger initially. Doesn't alway need it. Not a biggie.
